Short answers to common questions.

Accounts and sign-in

How many wrong passwords before I am locked out? Five. The account locks for 15 minutes. Resetting your password also clears the lock.

I changed my password and got signed out elsewhere. Why? Changing or resetting a password ends every other session on purpose.

What does "Keep me signed in on this device" do? Ticked, your session survives closing the browser. Unticked, it lasts only for that browser tab.

Can I sign in with Microsoft or Google? When the platform offers it and your organisation allows it. Link the provider from Profile first; platform sign-in creates no account. Microsoft uses work or school accounts. Company Entra connections may separately allow provisioning. See Sign in.

People and access

Why can't I see a project? Without See every project in the workspace, you see only projects you are on (as manager, sponsor or creator, or on the delivery or finance team). A project you cannot see looks like one that does not exist. Ask a PMO user or administrator to add you.

Why can't I approve a stage gate? Only the Owner and PMO roles hold that permission by default. Admins deliberately do not.

Why is Members & roles missing from my menu? It needs Manage members and roles. See Permissions.

Can I change my own role or remove myself? No. Nobody can change or remove their own membership, and the Owner cannot be changed or removed by anyone.

Plans and billing

What happens when my trial ends? For 14 days you can try everything without a card. If the trial ends unpaid, the organisation becomes read-only: everything stays readable, nothing can be changed. Paying restores access immediately.

What does "plan limit reached" mean? Your plan caps workspaces, seats, projects or storage. Existing data stays; only creating more waits until you upgrade or free up room. See Plans, trials & billing.

Do I pay per person? Pricing is per organisation with included seats; one person holds one seat across all workspaces.

Workspaces

What is an archived workspace? A locked workspace you cannot change or reach through normal screens. An Owner can reopen it.

Can I be in two workspaces with different roles? Yes. Roles are per workspace.
